In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including scheduling inspections and service calls, processing work orders and invoices, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with office software, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork are essential as you help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office and outstanding service to our clients.
